For men who specifically want a permanent surgical result, the silicone sheet implant uses implant-grade medical silicone. A small, discreet 3–4cm incision is made in the high scrotal area; the implant is precisely inserted beneath the penile skin, secured and closed with sutures. Results are visible immediately and no future top-ups are required. Circumcision is a prerequisite — if not yet done, we can arrange it about one to two months prior.
The silicone implant is a surgical procedure performed at our Bangkok clinic. Our Phuket clinic offers surgery for circumcision only, so the implant is not available there — though HA filler enlargement is offered at all three clinics (Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya).
Circumcision comes first
For the silicone implant, you must be circumcised first. If you’re not, that’s no problem — we perform the circumcision for you 1–2 months before the implant, so the area is fully healed and ready.
The wait lets the skin settle completely before the implant is placed, which supports the cleanest, most comfortable result. If you’re already circumcised, we can proceed straight to planning the implant.

- Circumcision first, if neededIf you’re not circumcised, we arrange it about 1–2 months beforehand so the area is fully healed.
- Implant surgeryUnder local anaesthetic, a discreet 3–4cm incision is made in the high scrotal area; the silicone sheet is placed beneath the penile skin and closed with sutures — about 90 minutes in clinic.
- Same-day resultAdded girth is visible immediately and you go home the same day.
- Recovery & follow-upAvoid strenuous activity for 4–6 weeks and sexual activity for 6 weeks. Follow-ups are scheduled at 1 week (wound check) and 4 weeks (progress review). If travelling, plan to stay in Bangkok at least 7 days.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be circumcised?
Yes — for the silicone implant, circumcision is a prerequisite. If you haven’t been circumcised, our team can arrange it about 1–2 months before the implant procedure.
Is the result permanent?
Yes. The silicone implant is a permanent, one-time result and needs no maintenance or top-ups. It can also be removed if ever needed.
What is the aftercare?
Rest for the first 48–72 hours; walking is encouraged, but avoid strenuous activity, heavy lifting, cycling and gym workouts for 4–6 weeks. Abstain from sexual activity and masturbation for 6 weeks, or until cleared by your doctor. Keep the surgical area clean and completely dry for at least 8 days, and do not submerge in baths, swimming pools or the sea for 2–3 weeks; wear supportive underwear. Some swelling and bruising for 2–4 weeks is normal. Avoid aspirin, NSAIDs and other blood thinners, and refrain from smoking and alcohol, for at least 2 weeks. Complete all prescribed antibiotics and pain relief, and contact the clinic for increasing pain, redness, fever, unusual discharge or any implant displacement. Follow-up appointments are scheduled at 1 week (wound check) and 4 weeks (progress review).
When can I fly home?
Plan to stay in Bangkok for at least 7 days so we can complete your wound check before you travel home.
